Understand user Behaviour

Google analytics avails to develop a better understanding of who the users, visitors and customers are on using your website.

Accessing the behavioural data of the users can help you to modify your website and offer your service/product in the best way to your client.
Analysing behavioural data from your website or blog will help you to optimized it. It’s important to guarantee that customers can navigate on it properly and should keep coming back. In this way your website will generate leads and also bring good amount of traffic and optimizing consumer.

Find out where your users are coming from.

Google Analytics provides the visitor’s geographical location. It’s extremely important to be aware the location of your users, since it can help you to design a specific marketing campaign and set specific goals for that area.

Furthermore, it’s possible to determine if that area is a potential space for growth and you might invest more or less time, energy and money.

Decide on which social media to target

It’s extremely important to understand which social media platform most of your users gather and engage to invest in advertising campaign. Otherwise, you will spend a lot of money without any positive results.

Through Google Analytics you can determine where your users are congregating and direct your efforts towards that platform. In this way you can focus on that specific platform and invest in advertising you product or service targeting your audience.

Learn about keywords

Relevant keywords and search terms embedded in your URL can help you to be more visible on Google search engines. Google Analytics can show you which keywords or terms get the attention of visitors. It gives you a straight breakdown of which queries are bringing users to your website/blog and to which pages or posts exactly.

For instance, if you are a company focused on wellbeing, simply using the keyword “healthy” is not going to give you much attention but a more specific keyword like “daily habits to become healthy”  will do a much better job.

In conclusion, Google Analytics is a great tool for any business. However, it’s essential to know how to use it properly. Analysing each information can help you to understand your consumer better and improve your website/blog design to sell your services/products in a competitive way.

  2. Some great points Natalia!
Knowing where your customers are is no doubt very vital for any business, especially in an online environment. At the end of the day they are the ones that will keep the business alive through their purchases and interaction.
I remember when I first used GA, I felt completely overwhelmed will all the features but luckily Google does a free course on how to use the main features of it. I would definitively recommend it to anyone venturing towards Google Analytics.
